[issue452] hg view (hgk extension) does not work since 0.9.2

I'm the debian maintainer of mercurial. I just received a bug report about hg
view (hgk extension). It seems it does not work any more since (at least) 0.9.2.
I just tried with current tip and it does not work also.
The Debian bug report is #403282

I set priority to urgent as it would be better this bug to be corrected before
0.9.3.
