[PATCH 00 of 10] hg-cvs-import improvements

It works mostly ok and handle the FreeBSD repos.

The last time I tried hg-cvs-import, the problem was not with this part but
with cvsps which dumped core pretty soon after starting on the FreeBSD
repo, making it a show-stopper :(
