[issue460] 0.9.3 Windows installer contains 0.9.1 version?

When downloading and running the Windows installer of Mercurial 0.9.3 (ie.
http://mercurial.berkwood.com/binaries/Mercurial-0.9.3.exe ), hg version reports
Mercurial Distributed SCM (version a27d90c9336e). This version seems to be the
version 0.9.1-a27d90c9336e, as it does not seem to support merges across
renames. Is it possible something went wrong in the creation of this Windows
installer?
