Mercurial FastCGI for 0.9

I've been serving some large Mercurial repos (the converted OpenBSD  
trees) at http://hg.recoil.org/.

Lighttpd hosting via CGI has been pretty slow and prone to crashing,  
so I rolled up some FastCGI scripts against Mercurial 0.9, available  
at http://anil.recoil.org/projects/hg-fcgi-0.9.tar.gz

I don't have the cycles to integrate this into hg-trunk at the  
moment, but hopefully these will be of use to someone else as-is.
