These patches start to adapt hgcommand.vim to new "branch" command and provide a few minor fixes (use "black hole" register for deletions during doc install; g:-prefix global vars). At the moment I don't see how to actually use the branch info, but at least the script does not choke on "deprecated" warnings. c
