[PATCH] Allowing multiple project-specific .hgignore files

How about letting the .hgignore file include a directory, rather than  
just a file. I think the idea of having a directory that can be  
automatically searched for ignore rules, mainly for the reasons  
stated previously.

I can certainly see myself adding a .hg/localignore file with some  
type of include ~/.hginores where I have all the ignore files based  
on my environment that multiple projects share.
