[issue689] hg commit under cygwin cant pass path with spases to editor

Hallow all!
today try to hg commit from path 
/cygdrive/d/Program\ Files/Borland/FBDataSet.hg
invoked notepad reports that "System cant find required path"

under msys and windows cmd - all work fine
