[PATCH 0 of 4] [RFC] convert-repo fixes and enhancements

Hello again,

Things are getting a nice shape now and before i continue hacking
more on the usability/feedback side, i'd like some review from users
and crew members.

Implemented features:
 - username mapping (listed as todo on the wiki)
 - tags always commited on a separate unamed branch

Fixes:
 - force rebuilding the cvsps cache.
 - save some file openings adding a file object opened once
   per convert()
