Using mercurial on sourceforge

I've been trying (without success) to download hg for Fedora Core 2 from:

<http://dev.kublai.com/fc2-hg-0.9.3.tar.gz>

as instructed at:

<http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/wiki/index.cgi/MercurialOnSourceforge>

without success.  Is this package available elsewhere?
