hg diff/status <dir> problem

Thanks, I got that now, and that's fine for installing on linux, but how 
can I replace my installed windows version with this one? Seems like 
there's some sort of magic packaging used for the windows version, 
anyone have any pointers on how to go from hg source to a usable version 
on windows? (sorry, I'm no python guy, especially not when it comes to 
running it on windows).
