[PATCH 0 of 2] darcs2hg, handling tags and conflicts

  Two patches against darcs2hg from tip:

    - importing darcs tags to mercurial converted repo;
    - reverting darcs repo when darcs pull leads to conflict.

  Thank you Thomas for your comments and suggestions.
  (your patch to ignore _darcs directory is ok and is not included in
  this patchbomb set).
