It will be.

It's still a little too crude for publication.  I've been building it 
from the bottom up i.e. making components that will eventually be put 
together to make a usable tool.  Most of the effort so far has gone into 
a file tree display (with status) and provision of mechanisms to execute 
hg commands on selected files.  That's mostly finished -- just needs 
some mods so that diff/revert can handle the case where a working 
directory has two parents.

The next component will be something to display useful information about 
the working directory e.g. branch, parents, etc.  After that I think 
that it will be in good enough shape for publication -- although still a 
long way short of what I hope it can eventually be.  But I think 
feedback from potential users will be crucial from that point on.

I'll try to have something available within the next week.
