[issue564] changing checksum of hg archive

hi,

we'd like to use mercurial now in our core infrastructure to store upstream
sources, but discovered that the .tar.gz of hg archive has an ever changing
md5sum. which makes this command rather useless to us.

a created archive from the same data should have the same checksum.

maybe this is because of the timestamps, if so why not simply set the timestamps
to the committime for archive?
