[issue566] "hg incoming -r revid http://example.com/repos" does not work

New submission from Daniel Holth <dholth at fastmail.fm>:
When computing incoming against a remote repository, "hg incoming -r index
https://example.com/repos" works, but "hg incoming -r revid
https://example.com/repos" (where revid is a hexadecimal revision id) does not
work. Claims to be unable to find the revision.
This is confusing. Instead, "hg incoming -r x https://example.com/repos" should
accept any of the normal Mercurial revision specifiers.
