[issue796] hg qrename would can simple move patch into subdirectory

hallow all!
i want to reorganise my patches - move them into some subdirectories, so it
would be much convinience if qrename can understood that target name is the
destination directory, and it not need to retype the patch name for it.
for example:

hg qren some-very-long-patch-name targetdir/
