[issue798] hg 0.9.5 is case sensitive about filenames on windows

Hallow all!
i use hg 0.9.5 windows install with extras

command hg status -X glob:somename** 
reports about all content of somename directory and skip it only
if somename was noted exactly the same - with case sence

the same can be noted about .hgignore patterns
