mercurial/crew at 6570: 11 outgoing changesets

Just for my information, can someone explain to me how these
incoming/outgoing changeset messages should be interpreted? At the
moment, I tend to ignore them, but I notice that this message
(mercurial/crew at 6750: 11 outgoing changesets) has appeared at least 3
times.

Basically, I'm trying to work out if there's information in the
messages that might be of use to me, or should I just killfile them?
