[issue1061] HGEDITOREDITOR variable for hgeditor script

In OS/X, I set my EDITOR variable to Terminal vim, but I prefer HGEDITOR to open
mvim (the Mac version of gvim, so I use the -f and -o flags). 

It would be nice if something like:

[ -z "${HGEDITOREDITOR}" ] || EDITOR="${HGEDITOREDITOR}"

was added to the top of the hgeditor script.
