[issue1377] qimport needs better error messages

Things like these aren't that easy for users to decipher:

'revision %d is the root of more than one branch'
'revision %d is already managed'
'revision %d is not the parent of the queue'
'revision %d has unmanaged children'
'revision %d is not the parent of %d'

I wonder if it's possible to find better wording for some of these.
