ClearCase converter

I use CC at the moment at work and have bern thinking about what it  
would take to convert. But I am just using base CC. Which I think  
should be easy enough to do as long as I don't care about individual  
checkins and just want the changes at certain points like releases. I  
dhotld be able to maintain the branching with a little effort.

For you this might be a little more difficult since you are using UCM.  
IIRC, each activity is a branch, correct?
