Thanks a lot -- I've now pushed 1-3 (the three easy ones) to crew:
163e79e2ed5f, 5cd14e1e8385, and 5b117c90f036.
I don't know much about the whole case-folding circus and wont have time
to setup a hfs partition to test such things anytime soon, so I'm
leaving your fourth patch alone for now.
