In a transplant run I could reproducibly see this message
after --continue:

2bb0aba60422 transplanted as d6b7a15ea1fa
abort: 00changelog.i at 3ce8cd540ea4: no node!

I think 3ce8.. would have been the next changeset to be transplanted.

This is really annoying since it seemed to be a fundamental problem
that reliably occured whenever I had to fix up the merge.
