Please note that we prefer an 80-character or lower line length. You 
violated this a few times in your allow_read/deny_read patch, which I've 
now mostly fixed up. Also, it appears that there are no tests at all for 
the behaviors you introduced (you also forgot to fix up the test suite 
for the unauthorized patch; I've done this now), so it would be good if 
you can come up with a patch for this whole thing.
