[issue1727] extdiff: delete files from working directory

If during extdiff files of the tempdir have been modified, these changes are
copied back to working directory. I would like to have considered not only
modifications, but also deletions: If you discover an unnecessary file by using
extdiff, you delete it from tempdir. When extdiff finishes this file should be
deleted from working directory.
