I don't know if we want to include such a file -- it only works in the
CVS version of Emacs (like this one: http://emacs.orebokech.com/).
I'll use it in any case for rewrapping the docstrings at 76 characters.
That will make them nicely centered in a 80 chararacter wide terminal.
