That sounds sensible to me. Especially if Hubert makes it really easy
for me to factor out a wee bit of common code and add
"convert.cvs.timezone" with the same semantics. And as long as modern
timezone notation works: I can't remember DST rules, but I can
remember that 98% of commits in our CVS repository have happened in
"Canada/Eastern". (Or "America/Montreal", if you prefer the peculiar
pseudo-continent-based approach that annoys everybody in the western
hemisphere who's not from the US ;-).
