I updated the commit messages to include the 'i18n:' prefix. I also
added 'German' to most of them in order to make it easy to see at a
glance what the changesets are about.

Maybe we could use 'i18n-xx:' as a prefix for changesets concerning the
language 'xx'? I think I'll do that in the future.
