[issue1872] Snapshot of selected files to arbitrary folder

I would like to be able to tell hg to get me a snapshot of selected folders 
of a chosen version and put them in an arbitrary folder. 

This would be similar to the existing update command, except that the files 
are written to an arbitrary location instead of the working folder of the 
repository. The entire path of the selected files doesn't need to be 
duplicated in the destination location.

Besides, in addition to the existing options for selected revision for 
update, -r REV and -d DATE, I would like to do something like -t TAG
