[issue2321] mercurial refuses install on winxp due cant uninstall

Hallow. try to install hg 1.6.2 windows msi installer. 
it is stoped to install cause it cant uninstall previous installed version. 
that version cant be uninstaled due to original (ver 1.5.3) instaler was 
deleted, and so there is no way to remove it from system.
i can delete it manualy, byself, but new installer cant through uninstall 
prev version anyway.
