[issue2037] wish: reduce size of repo by creating revlog archive ove multiple files\subtree

Hallow!
as i undestand hg uses archiving for revlog of every versioned file. right
now i copying working copy of project wich have more then 12000 files.
revlog archives for most of them not exceeds 60kb, (and even more then 1/3
files not more then 4kb). imho it is much more efficient for working with
filesystem to combine small archives into one big file (for example it can
be named as name of directory over that it composes).
imho, this style can be provided in coexistance with current behaviour by
seting preferrence\choose algoritm wich revlog (small) must be placed in
common archive, and wich (big files) can be leaved as alone archives.
