hg-1.4.3 test, solaris: only 2 errors left

FWIW I tested and fixed the issues in 1.4.3 - and with enough patience 
nothing fails.

However, http://bugs.python.org/issue7242 seems to cause some _very_ 
strange and hard-to-debug errors on solaris 8 with python 2.6.4.
