[ANN] hgmergevim: Vim plugin to enable console Vim as merge tool

Hello,

I have created a -- so far very rudimentary -- Vim plugin that
allows you to use console Vim for 3-way merges.

It is available from

Collaborators a very welcome, as it mostly meets my modest needs
lowering my incentive to implement improvements. However, there
