Oh yeah... it never occurred to me that it could be an extension but
still live in contrib/.  Duh.  I didn't want to put it in hgext
because it *is*, after all, a workaround for a flaw in Mercurial.
Hopefully it can go away someday, and putting it in hgext would have
made that harder.
