Good question. I'm not aware of any tradition for that specific case.

I'd suggest simply sending one after the other, using "hg-website" for
--flag (or "hg-website-content" for the content patch(es)).

I'm sure the other David (David Soria Parra) will be able to apply them
either way. I did put him in --to and cc-ed mercurial-devel in my recent
patches.
