Rebased by mg and appeared in main as 16b854cb80f1.

Side note: mg hit http://mercurial.selenic.com/bts/issue1994 (most
likely) while he tried to rebase it with 'hg rebase', then he rebased it
using mq. (as briefly discussed on IRC)
