[PATCH 0 of 3] tip: second try of hg tip -S

This patch series consists of three patches dealing with hg tip -S

- The first patch makes hg tip -S work, displaying tip for each sub
  repository, and containing a line indicating the subrepository
- The second patch colors the line, by giving it a label and updating the color extension
- The third patch updates the help in templates.txt
