We don't need to call it a "largefile" in English... now that I think
about how I'll translate this into Danish, I would prefer to call it
"large file" in English.

The largefile help text could then explain that

  We'll call a file handled by this extension a "large file" in the
  following. This does not necessarily mean that the file is big, it
  just means that there is a standin file tracked for the file.

That establishes that "large file" is a keyword with a special meaning
in the documentation for this extension.
