[issue2924] mq: hg strip --backup causes no backup to be done

Presumably --backup is an obsolete option for strip because I haven't found
documentation for it. It happened to have been added by MercurialEclipse by
default until recently. It looks like adding --backup causes no backup to be
done and no error is reported. Sometimes this adds a new .temp file to the
strip-backups folder but this isn't a usable bundle.

This is quite low priority because MercurialEclipse no-longer add --backup.

Tested with Mercurial 1.8.4 and 1.9
