rendering mercurial tests in a nice way

Hi,

I've created small dirty script [1] which converts hg/tests contents
into .rst files and generates index.rst for sphinx to render those
files. You can see result of its work at [2].

Sometimes it fails a bit, like [3], but mostly works. :) I don't know
if anybody is interested, but anyway here it is. :)
