[PATCH] Add more Russian translations

I think in order to proceed we have to choose a dictator. A direct 
democracy will not help us to agree upon a consistent vocabulary.
We can vote here to assign such a dictator now. There are only two 
conditions:
1) the person should be willing to contribute and should have a 
_commitment_ to deliver the final version
2) others do not object

I personally can not allocate enough time resources to be the one.

I propose Andrei Polushin to be the leader. What do you think Andrei ?
