[issue3247] German translation: rst markup in abort message

The German translation has some instances of :hg:`command` where the
original hasn't, for example the msgid:

  abort: unresolved merge conflicts (see hg help resolve)

is translated as

  Abbruch: Ungelöste Konflikte beim Zusammenführen (siehe :hg:`help resolve`)

which isn't processed as rst, so the user sees the literal markup.
