[issue3261] Rollback problem with command server

The command server seems to have some problem with with a rollback. If I 
rollback a changeset and then right after make a commit I get the following 
error: 

invalidating branch cache (tip differs)
transaction abort!
rollback completed
abort: integrity check failed on 00manifest.i:1!

This is with version 2.1
