hg commit problem. I need help!

The "debugconfig" says "ui.editor" is set to "notepad", which seems reasonable.

saziz, did you per change "optimize" your windows and removed "notepad"?

If this is not the case, can you run "notepad" from the command line?
If not, can you run it via the
run dialog? (Windows + r)? What does "echo %PATH%" say? Is either
"c:\windows" or "c:\windows\system32"
in your path?
