Let's start thinking about a Mercurial 2.2 sprint

Mercurial 2.2 is due to be released on May 1, so I think we're due for a
sprint. Given the code freeze around April 15, I think the most likely
dates are:

Mar 16-18
Mar 23-25
Mar 30-Apr 1
Apr 6-8

Ideally, I'd like to have this sprint in North America in keeping with
our scheme of alternating between US and Europe, so let me know if you
have ideas for meeting space.
