Let's STOP thinking about a Mercurial 2.2 sprint

I am going to try to come to this next sprint if it is in Europe in any case,
but of course Madrid works really well for me :) Still it might be better
in a city closer to where there are a few more of the core developers...

But I am not going to object to Madrid at all :)
