Alternative name for histedit

Wouldn't it be more like a deprecation if "histedit" is just included as an
alias?; I wouldn't suggest something that changes anything but the name of
the command.

Another alternative to histedit could be "revise" or "alter", which
hopefully would have better semantics than "rewrite" and keep everything
the same.

Just proposing this in good spirit, not trying to be disruptive.
