Patch against 2.6.2

Dealing with shell repos containing lots of subrepos can be painful in
combination with the eol extension. Looks like it isn't possible to specify a
[patterns] section in the .hgrc.
This patch tries to provide a centralized location for a single .hgeol file
that will be applied to all the repositories.
It allows to specify the path for the .hgeol to be used as:

<.hgrc>
[eol]
config = ~/hgeol

If there is a cleaner alternative, I'll be glad to to know it...

Thanks,
  Jorge
