Summary: crashing with invalid parameter exception in fstat
from posixfile(..)
Severity: bug
Classification: Unclassified

Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: earlier
Component: Mercurial

Hi.
So I reported this to the python people incorrectly, but there's some good info
there so I'll reference it here before marking it invalid in their tracker.
Building hg's python extensions using 2.7.5 and current M$ tools on win7
creates an hg script which will crash on every operation that uses the
osutil.pyd extension.
I've been able to identify a few relevant lines, but the root cause still
eludes me.
The bug is present in the latest version:
Mercurial Distributed SCM (version 2.6.2+53-401b3ad26e66).
