failing tests in orig evolve tarball because of missing files

HI,

What is the best way of addressing 
https://bitbucket.org/marmoute/mutable-history/issue/44/missing-files-in-orig-tarball-generated-by 
? Currently the tests cannot be run inside the generated tarball.

The two options appear to be -

a) add the missing files to the generated orig tarball

or

b) selectively disable the tests when the tarball is generated.

(a) would be easy to do. I'm not sure how to do (b), or even whether it is 
easy to do.

Also, should this issue be added to the main mercurial bug tracker?
