Not sure it seems reasonable to enable progress, color and pager system
wide (eg: progress as known bug with some hgweb install).
But I guess I'll accept this patch anyway to make the topic forward.
We may consider listing something about watchman. If the system can get
watchman installed there is no good reason to not get a system wide install.
